We created visually enhanced graphic training modules and divided them into groups as per job roles. Question banks related to product knowledge were developed. These question banks were tagged into various sub parts. The test papers were generated by pooled selection from the question banks. Various types of tests were possible including Descriptive essay type, multiple choice, fill up the blank, match the following, image choice, voice based questions. The users were divided into relevant organization categories as visible in the HR data systems. The Assessment and Learning system automatically assigned the relevant content to the trainees as per their job roles, functions and even brands. After learning activity a detailed report was available to the trainers through an online dashboard. The dashboard provided real time training progress through tables and charts.
